In both versions of the "Das Wasser des Lebens" game the cards included are the standard small Euro sized cards. However I have also found this set of full sized playing cards that come in a small card box with the same imagery on it as the Catan game.

So while the name of the game is the same, it appears this a separate card game for three players that includes jokers and a combination card where you build sets. There are no instructions included.

I can only presume these were part of the same promotional campaign but have no idea where these seperate cards were made, how many were made or anything about how they were given away. This set is the only one I have seen. It also came with one of the small bottles of whisky that are included in the Catan sets.
