The Settlers of Catan: 5-6 Player Expansion - First edition 1999
Mayfair Games. This set was the first time a 5/6 player set was released in English and brought English Catan into alignment with the international editions.
The Settlers of Catan: 5-6 Player Extension - Second edition 2007
Mayfair Games. This redesign coincided with the release of the fourth edition of the Catan base set.

Second edition - Second printing 2013
Mayfair Games. Updated copyright details on the outside of the box. This second printing of the 4th edition was also the first time the new thicker hexes were released for the 5/6 player set.
Catan: 5-6 Player Extension - Third Edition - 2015 First Printing
Mayfair Games. First printing of the 3rd edtion of the 5/6 player set was updated to align with the release of the 5th edition of the Catan base set.
Catan: 5-6 Player Extension - Third Edition - 2016 Second Printing
Second printing of the 3rd edtion of the 5/6 player set. Replaced Mayfair Branding with Catan Studio
Catan: 5-6 Player Extension - Third Edition - 2019 Third Printing
Third printing of the 3rd edtion of the 5/6 player set. Front artwork remained unchanged.
Catan: 5-6 Player Extension - Third Edition - 2020 Fourth Printing
Fourth printing of the 3rd edtion of the 5/6 player set. Thge front artwork does not change but there is a significant redesign of the rear artwork and the copyright and contact details are moved to a side panel.
