This is a first edition copy of Die Siedler Von Catan: Das Kartenspiel Fur Zwei Spieler from 1996. The first edition has the yellow Kosmos logo which later changed to blue.

This set is unusual as it was sold in the USA by Mayfair with English instructions included. This in effect makes it the first English Catan card game. The only other German product I am aware was sold by Mayfair with English instructions is Das Buch.
